This covers developers who use Harbor and visitors to harborlauncher.com.
It does not cover players. When a studio uses Harbor in its game, we handle player data on that studio’s instructions. The studio decides what is collected and is responsible for telling players about it. For questions about player data, contact the developer of the game you are playing.
Retention periods are maximums. We may delete sooner.

We never see your card details. Stripe handles payments; your card number goes to Stripe directly. We receive only a token, the last four digits, and whether the charge succeeded.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or buy information about you.
Service providers acting on our instructions: Clerk (sign-in), SurrealDB (database, on AWS), DigitalOcean (hosting and storage), Resend (waitlist storage), PostHog (website analytics).
Stripe acts as an independent controller of payment information, not on our behalf; its own privacy policy applies.
We may also disclose information if legally required, or in connection with a sale of the business.
The United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, that is a transfer outside your region. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, as do our providers.
The Harbor dashboard uses only cookies needed to sign you in. On harborlauncher.com we use PostHog analytics, which sets cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser at any time without losing functionality.
Email privacy@harborlauncher.com to get a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or have it sent elsewhere. We respond within one month.
If you are in the EEA or UK and unhappy with our handling, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
We will email you and post a dashboard notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
